Argeri Lagos
Argeri (pronounced Ar-yi-di) is a seasoned real estate professional who has seamlessly integrated his extensive legal background into his pursuit of excellence in the real estate industry. His childhood weekends were spent accompanying his father on excursions around town, exploring vacant properties. These early experiences instilled in Argeri a profound appreciation for recognizing untapped potential in a property—a skill that now serves as the cornerstone of our investment strategy.
Eugenia Lagos
She's a seasoned digital marketer with a discerning eye for design. A former Silicon Valley native and Googler, she has a keen sense of potential in people and ideas. She uses her depth in design, marketing, and advertising to guide tenants, partners and investments. She runs the marketing and sales operations for Lagos Company, making sure that we cross all our 't's' and dot our 'i's'.
Yianni Lagos
Yianni is Lagos Company’s very own Renaissance Man - he’s a scientist, a practicing attorney, a real estate professional, and a serial entrepreneur. His work ranges from managing apartments, to leading an agriculture biotech company, Soilcea, to running finance and legal for a health-tech company, Scanslated. In his free time, he loves to play tennis and is working on his backhand.

Sr. VP of Construction
Darren is the resident do-er. With many years experience in construction and property management, he knows how to take a property from as-is to rent ready, while also keeping the current homes in tip-top shape. When he isn’t busy walking properties and calling contractors, you can find him chauffeuring one of 4 kids to an extracurricular, or searching for the perfect barstool workstation.
Scott Withers
Head of Leasing
Scott brings years of experience in sales and retail management to the role of head of leasing. Serving as a primary liaison with both potential and existing tenants, he believes that communication, attention to detail, and excellent service are the keys to generating new leases, and retaining our valued tenants. .
Joe Hogue
Accounting Manager
Joseph is a seasoned professional in the field of accounting. His professional ethos revolves around providing comprehensive solutions that go beyond mere transactions, empowering Lagos Company to focus on strategic development. His demeanor is characterized by a blend of professionalism & positivity, infusing every interaction with gusto and a commitment to excellence. Beyond the boardroom, Joseph finds solace and inspiration in biking and hiking on trails without too many hills.

Pain + Reflection = Progress
Pain is a necessary part of hard work and meaningful projects. It’s nearly impossible to zoom out when in the middle of it all to see pain’s purpose. But when we take the space to reflect, we see the progress that is made through enduring the struggle. We embrace challenging moments from that perspective, helping to see the progress in our endeavors. We borrow this philosophy from the illustrious Ray Dalio, of Bridgewater Associates.

We are always willing to roll up our sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done. No job is beneath any of us, at any level of our organization. So if we see trash lying on the ground at one of our properties, we don’t wait around for someone else to get to it. It’s on all of us.
